Thank you to our most brilliant design team – Ann-Marie and her amazing team – Mary, Gemma and Penny, your hard work and talent, not just in design skill but also for the incredible communication work, understanding our needs and how we operate. The garden was a total triumph and communicated so many elements of the work of the National Trust – championing access to nature, climate resilience, Natural Heritage and Cultural Heritage, the stunning planting and of course channelling and celebrating the legacy of Octavia Hill.  This has meant the world to us – and we are so grateful for what you have done for the National Trust and how you have also championed artisan crafts. Thank you.

Invaluable Enthusiasm

Ann-Marie came to give us advice about how to proceed with our developing garden. Having filled in a very comprehensive questionnaire, she came armed with a lot of good advice, ideas and inspiration. Her enthusiasm is infectious and we found her help invaluable

Mending broken hearts

Ann-Marie designed and built the BHF Chelsea Garden for out 50th anniversary year 2011. She was a joy to work with and turned the ideas for a ‘mending broken hearts garden’ into a fantastic reality. Heart health is the key to overall health and the garden was a wonderful naturalistic expression of how to live a heart healthy life, as well and a beautiful place to be and think.

Princess Beatrice’s jaw dropped when she saw the garden on her visit on the Monday night and artist Sir Peter Blake was very complimentary.

Beautiful Cottage Garden Transformation

Ann-Marie and her team have transformed our cottage garden with in a beautiful and interesting way, fitting in all the things we wanted.

With the challenging weather this year they have been with us every step of the way and I would definitely recommend their services.

Field to stunning, colourful garden.

Ann-Marie took what was almost a field and turned it into a stunning, colourful garden, where I can potter, relax and admire the insects and amphibians now residing there.

She listened to my wish for strong, vibrant sometimes clashing colours and designed big blocks of colour with bright scarlets against purple and orange and red – wonderful!
