Ann-Marie Powell Gardens (AMPG) is an award-winning, dynamic practice known for our colourful and nature-led approach. With a diverse portfolio of private and commercial clients including exciting, high-profile upcoming projects, we’re at the forefront of landscape and garden design.
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking talented individuals to join our team in the following roles:
- Junior Landscape Architects/Garden Designers
- Landscape Architects/Garden Designers
- Senior Landscape Architects/Garden Designers
You’ll work on a variety of private, public and commercial gardens both in the UK and abroad, pushing the boundaries of landscape design.
Our Studio:
Located in picturesque Petersfield, Hampshire, on the border of West Sussex, our studio is easily accessible from West London via the A3. We foster a collaborative, creative environment where innovation is encouraged and personal growth is supported.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals
- Passion for landscape design and plants
- Talent, motivation and strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to be part of a friendly, committed, multi-award-winning team
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Qualification in Garden Design/Landscape Architecture
- For Senior roles, 5+ years of industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCad, SketchUp, InDesign, Lumion, and Photoshop
- Strong planting knowledge and ability to produce construction drawings
- Experience in preparing a wide range of plans, from concept to detailed specification
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Relevant permit for working in the UK
- Clean driving licence and own vehicle

- Portfolio (10 pages maximum) – clearly indicate your individual work and collaborative projects
- Include concepts, masterplans, and at least 3 construction drawings produced using Vectorworks/AutoCAD
Salary: Negotiable – commensurate with experience
